Pizza is an Italian traditional dish. This Italian pizza is loved by almost all over the world, especially chicken pizza, which is liked by all ages people. It is pretty easy to prepare chicken pizza if you can make the base properly. Once you have the base ready for your pizza, you can top it with chicken with any toppings. In this article, I have shared an easy chicken pizza recipe. Also, I am showing it in the oven and on the stove so you can make it according to your preference.

For the chicken topping:
- 1 cup boneless chicken.
- ½ teaspoon ginger and garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon oil.
- 1 teaspoon lemon drop.
- Black pepper.
- At first, you have to mix these ingredients very nicely except for oil.
- Put the pan on the stove on medium heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon oil.
- When the oil becomes hot, leave this marinated chicken.
- Over medium heat, the chicken should be well fried for 8-10 minutes.
- When it cooks well, take it down.
For Pizza topping:
- ¼ cup capsicum (red and green).
- 1 cup onion.
- Pizza sauce.
- Mozzarella cheese.
- Sweet corn.
- Black olive.
For the pizza dough:
- ½ cup liquid light warm milk.
- ½ teaspoon sugar.
- 2 teaspoon yeast.
- 2 cup plain flour.
- ½ teaspoon olive oil/butter.
- 1 egg.
- In a bowl, pour ½ cup liquid light warm milk. Add ½ teaspoon sugar and 2 teaspoon yeast.
- Mix it very nicely and keep it for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, pour 2 cup plain flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon olive oil/butter and mix it too very well and put this mixture in a little earlier milk mixture. Add 1 egg and mix this entire ingredient very nicely.
- If you think you need extra water for the dough’s tightness, then you can add some water.
- Knead the dough by hand for 8-10 minutes very smoothly.
- Put oil on the dough, cover the bowl with a towel and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Process of making pizza:
- Now take the dough out of the bowl and divide it by your own choice.
- Add a small amount of flour to a tray, place one ball of dough and use your hand to press the ball in a thin layer.
- Try to give it a circle shape.
- Make some leak in the pizza with a cut spoon.
- Now pour 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce and spread over it in the pizza.
- Add Mozzarella cheese, fried chicken, onion, black olive, sweet corn, capsicum (red and green) and spread over it randomly.
- At last, again add Mozzarella cheese and oregano on the top of the pizza.
- You can give your topping on pizza by your own choice.
Pizza for stove:
- Preheat a pan on the stove for 10 minutes.
- Put an iron stand on the pan, put the pizza tray on it, and cover it with a lid.
- Bake for 10 minutes at high heat. After 10 minutes reduce the heat in the stove and keep it low for another 10 minutes.
- After that, if you think that it didn’t cook well, and then you can keep it for another 5 minutes.
Pizza for the oven:
- At first, you have to preheat your oven.
- Then you have to bake your pizza for 15 min at 200° C until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted.
If you try this process, you can make a delicious chicken pizza easily. You have no longer to stand in line to eat pizza. Even you don’t have to eat your kid’s outsides unhealthy pizza.
